For dining, you tell us what atmosphere you want, the type of food and your price range, we recommend the restaurants that best meet your needs. Perhaps you want a private party on a rooftop restaurant, the best seafood restaurant in the area, or a Michelin rated restaurant with a fabulous view of Rome. When you choose the restaurant, we make sure that you get the dinner, seating arrangement and service you request. For larger groups we work with the restaurant to provide a customized menu.

 Rome Hotels

              If you are searching for a hotel for your group, you provide us with key information and we find several options that best meet your criteria.  For example, you may want a hotel located in the center of Rome with rooms that are basically the same, a good on site restaurant, a fitness center and a spa--all in a certain price range. Or perhaps you would prefer a hotel in Tuscany near a medieval town but in a secluded, private setting where you can conduct.  We will provide you with a selection of hotels that best meet all of your requirements.

Rome & Vatican SIGHTSEEING

              If you are interested in sightseeing tours, depending upon your needs, we can make arrangements for you on a standard sightseeing bus or a private sightseeing limo/bus/ luxury van and help you select your own itinerary. 

SPECIALTY TICKET & GUIDE SERVICES

We make reservations, pickup and deliver tickets for Papal Audiences and Vatican holiday Masses.  We also offer Vatican tour guide services.  If you are interested in visiting the world famous Borghese Gallery private museum we reserve the obligatory advance tickets and offer private guides.  We also offer ticket reservations and pickup service for opera and theater.

TRANSPORTATION

           For transportation needs, we have the most reliable English speaking chauffeurs and offer you  the option of limo, luxury van, or group sized bus. We arrange for airport transfers, seaport transfers and transport to restaurants or sites.

 We have top clearance for access to the private section of the airport to meet private planes.
